As the Executive Chef, you'll be responsible for the development and smooth operation of the kitchen, operating with emphasis on quality, presentation within the guidelines of the standardised menus, and staff training. Promotes the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.

* Polish citizen or valid work permit
* Previous Head Chef role for a minimum of 18 months or a Sous Chef role for a minimum of 3 years
